This role involves travel and collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Admissions to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with mental health hospitals, treatment centers, and healthcare networks to increase client referrals.
- Meet or exceed admissions targets by engaging healthcare providers and executing strategic plans to expand referral networks.
- Conduct follow-ups and outreach, including cold calls, facility tours, and meetings with hospital staff to generate leads.
- Provide market feedback on industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings to guide business development strategies.
- Record and track all sales and relationship management activities in Salesforce CRM to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
- Act as a liaison with mental health providers, supporting clients in accessing appropriate treatment services and maintaining open communication with referral sources.
Requirements:
- Flexible availability, including weekends and beyond standard business hours.
- Willingness to be on call and responsive to hospital partners outside regular hours.
- Ability to travel frequently to promote services and engage with healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability to work independently in office and field settings with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably within the healthcare or mental health sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful referral networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel frequently.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage client relationships.
