Affinity Recovery is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to oversee the overall management and operations of our program. This position plays a key leadership role in providing a safe, professional, and compliant environment for program participants, staff, and guests.

As the Program Director, you will ensure our program adheres to state and county regulations while delivering high-quality care to our clients. You will report directly to the Executive Director and work closely with all departments to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum CADC II (required).
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
  • Extensive knowledge of alcohol and/or drug-related issues and recovery processes.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Experience working in the Twelve-Step Recovery Program (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure, make informed decisions, and collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise program curriculum, departments, and operations.
  • Conduct client chart audits, develop corrective action plans, and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure all clients are properly oriented, assigned case managers and therapists, and receive weekly therapy and counseling sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate client treatment plans, progress, and documentation systems (e.g., KIPU).
  • Organize and lead clinical staff meetings to address client needs and improve care delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding client progress, incidents, and recommendations.
  • Manage emergency appointments, high-risk clinical issues, and appropriate level-of-care transitions.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Create and maintain weekly staff schedules to meet census demands.
  • Oversee facility operations, ensuring HIPAA compliance, proper documentation, and a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with the Intake Department to manage admissions and ensure smooth client transitions.
  • Handle personnel matters, including hiring, discipline, evaluations, and staff grievances.
  • Respond promptly to crises, ensuring appropriate and effective resolutions.
