Premier Health Group is seeking a compassionate and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will conduct questionnaire calls to medical professionals, gathering essential information to facilitate admissions into our facility. The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, effective intake process by acting as a liaison between medical professionals and Premier Health Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from medical professionals and gather pre-admission information through a structured questionnaire.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of the information collected.
  • Document and maintain records of all calls and gathered data in our system.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with medical professionals to clarify any questions related to the questionnaire or the admissions process.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and clinical teams to provide seamless support for clients entering our facility.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
