The Compliance Monitor (CM) plays a crucial role in supporting Premier Health Group's Recovery Program. This position is responsible for monitoring clients' adherence to their individualized Recovery Agreements and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Clinical Case Manager (CCM) and relevant oversight bodies. The CM will also assist with data coordination, compliance tracking, and maintaining administrative accuracy to allow the CCM to focus on clinical support and counseling.

Qualifications:
- Experience in substance abuse recovery or behavioral health support is preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain clear, accurate records.
- Familiarity with data management tools and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure clients meet administrative requirements outlined in their Recovery Agreements.
- Track and verify client attendance at required therapy and support sessions.
- Manage documentation for reporting compliance and recovery activities.
- Support the Clinical Case Manager (CCM) by providing compliance data and updates.
- Track and report on clients’ substance testing results and other compliance metrics.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on client adherence to program guidelines.
- Identify and report any lapses in compliance, such as missed sessions or tests.
- Prepare summary reports for program reviews, board meetings, and leadership.
- Assist in addressing compliance issues, including developing corrective actions when needed.
